As your next school board member, Kristin will bring her experience of regularly attending community board meetings and serving on various school committees to deliver excellent results for our schools. She will work hard to keep the best interest of the child in the forefront of every decision. Kristin will always put students first.
Trust Kristin to make Fulton County the best school system in the state by focusing on student needs and creating a partnership between parents, teachers, and the school system. Kristin understands that education can only be successful when it meets the needs of the students. To achieve that objective, we also have to meet the needs of the parents and teachers who are working together to support the student's success.
Kristin knows that our schools are a driving factor in home values and property taxes. Kristin will be mindful to maximize our value by keeping the millage rate the lowest in the state without sacrificing performance because great schools anchor great communities!
Kristin is committed to building a partnership with parents and teachers to make Fulton County Schools a premier educational system. Her commitment and dedication to students, parents' rights, teachers, and the community make her the right choice for School Board.
Kristin will work tirelessly to create educational opportunities for all students. She will continue to support our vision of a charter district because a "one size fits all" approach does not work for our students.
Kristin and her family have been Johns Creek residents for the past 18 years. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida. After several years in nursing, she transitioned into medical sales before putting her career on hold to be a full-time mom to two daughters. She and her husband, Dan, are active community members. Dan was a founding Johns Creek city councilman and Kristin has been active and engaged in the FCS for the past 15 years.
